Root Canal Therapy:

67 year old patient was referred from other dental office due to advanced dental treatment needed on upper anterior teeth. After general exam diagnosis was irreversible pulpitis (gross caries involving tooth nerve), severely cavitated premolar, and advanced gingivitis. Patient received RCT (Root Canal Therapy), gingivectomy, and crown preparation.

The treatment of choice was extraction of the teeth and fabrication of removable partial denture for upper anterior teeth.
